Refunds policy

You are entitled to cancel your service within 24 hours before the service is perform without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for canceling a service is 24 hours from the date of scheduled appointment

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

You can inform us of your decision by e-mail ezlivingvaletservice@gmail.com or members@ezlivingvaletservice.com

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which you sign up for the service - before the service has taken. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Conditions for refunds:

In order for the service to be eligible for a refund, please make sure that:

  • The service was purchased in the last 30 days, 28 days for the month of February

  • The service has not been taken

  • For service Donation drop/pickup - If the service is cancelled in less than 2 hours before the service is perform, a 5% fee will be deducted to the refund

The following service cannot be refunded:

  • If the service has been performed.
