For EZ Living Valet Service, LLC - Convenient Trash Service

Effective Date: March 2023

1. Acceptance of Terms
By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided
EZ Living Valet Service, LLC - Convenient Trash Service offers residential trash valet services, including the scheduled pickup and disposal of trash from designated locations. All trash must fit the provided 36-gallon spill proof canvas bag, in exchange for a clean fresh canvas bag for each nightly service.

3. Service Schedule
Services are provided every Sunday to Thursday starting at 17:00 until 22:00 except selected holiday basis. Customers will be notified of any changes to the schedule.

4. Customer Responsibilities

• Customers must ensure that all trash are placed in designated areas by the specified pickup time.

• All waste must be properly contained and comply with local regulations.

• Customers are responsible for putting all their trash bags inside the provided 36-gallon spill proof canvas bag.

• Customers are responsible for hanging "remind" door hanger (provided when signing up for the service) if they choose to be reminded by the bellhops - The bellhop will then knock at the member's door to take the trash.

5. Payment Terms

• Fees for services are billed every month. Payments are due by on the same date of sign up - For the month of February the date 29, 30, and 31 will fall on February 28th.

• We reserve the right to suspend services until payment is received.

6. Liability
EZ Living Valet Service, LLC - Convenient Trash Service is not liable for any damages or loss of property resulting from the collection process. Members assume responsibility for the placement of their trash and any resulting issues.

7. Service cancellation

If member wish to cancel or pause their active service, a refund for the one-month period will not be refunded but the service will continue until the one-month period is over, and the member will not be charged after that, until they decide to resume the service again by contacting us again.

8. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement within 24-hour notice either by phone call, email, or SMS. We reserve the right to terminate services immediately for non-compliance with these Terms and Conditions. The company's bellhop will come to collect the provided 32-gallon spill proof canvas bag within 72 hours of cancellation, if members fail to return the 32-gallon spill proof canvas bag it will result in one time charge.

9. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of significant changes.

10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Texas, United States of America.
